Senior Sales Executive – Gulf Business

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to be a part of our commercial team within Motivate Media Group.

Prerequisites:

• A demonstrable understanding of the broader picture of modern media products, including print, digital, content solutions, social media and live events, and the opportunities each represents both to advertisers and to the audience.
• Sell advertising, content solutions and event sponsorships across your brand verticals to existing and prospective clients both direct and agencies.
• Ensure that set targets are achieved by week and by period.
• Identification of sales opportunities and effective presentation of key features and benefits of our products to secure new business across print, display, native, database and events.
• Generate revenue from creation and sale of compelling advertising and sponsorship deals.
• Advise on content strategies that will help increase sales.
• Develop strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• Liaise regularly with assigned advertising agencies and clients to develop sales and ensure regular and prompt client services.
• Develop and sell brand related events or awards that will enhance the brand proposition.
• Attend suitable events to obtain leads and increase visibility in the market.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Number driven.
• Educated to degree level with 3+ years of sales experience including 2-3 years of local and industry experience.
• Good Knowledge of the media industry in the UAE and GCC
• Relationship management skills to liaise effectively with internal customers as well as external clients.
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Resilience and commitment
• Ability to work in a team.
