Motivate Media Group is seeking an experienced 360 multi-talented individual with professional photography skills to join our creative team. The successful candidate will deliver quality output which are not limited to stills and video but will also include animation and a wide variety of creative content. Assignments may include outdoor, product, fashion, architecture, portrait, food and event shoots. Candidate should be able to present a portfolio covering the desired subject areas.
Key Qualities:
- Understanding of photo editing software, including but not limited to Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in lighting and composition
- Excellent technical skills relevant to industry standards
Responsibilities:
- Compose and process content based on specified briefs
- Post process content to the highest industry standards
- Maintain equipment health and service records
- Direct and manage the shoots independently
- Work with creative team to come up with required mood boards
- Constantly evolve production quality
- Maintain the image and video archives and maintain key wording database
- Follow the content production best practices and procedures
