Media Sales Executives


Motivate Media Group is looking for driven and enthusiastic Media Sales Executives to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional to be part of an innovative and dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients across different media platforms.
  • Identify client needs and tailor advertising solutions across print, digital, and event media.
  • Generate revenue by selling advertising space and sponsorships.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively sourcing and closing deals.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the internal editorial, marketing, and creative teams to deliver successful client campaigns.
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports for clients and management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Minimum of [insert years] years of experience in media sales, advertising, or a similar role.
