Marketing Executive


Motivate Media Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support our Marketing Managers in the planning and execution of strategic marketing activities. This role offers excellent exposure to print, digital, event marketing, partnerships, and in-house brand initiatives across a dynamic portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaign Execution & Coordination

  • Support the implementation of multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Manage in-house print and digital bookings across Motivate titles.
  • Create media plans for in-house and barter campaigns.
  • Maintain action planners for all marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure all internal, barter, and sponsorship placements are delivered on time and to spec.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders including publishers, sales managers, production, and digital teams.

Barter & Strategic Partnerships

  • Assist in drafting barter agreements and sponsorship proposals.
  • Keep up-to-date reports on barter contracts and usage, highlighting key updates weekly.
  • Explore and recommend strategic brand alliances and sponsorship opportunities.

Website & Content Oversight

  • Maintain and update company websites, recommending improvements when necessary.
  • Coordinate the monthly Motivate corporate newsletter (layout updates, content collection, and dispatch).

Data, Finance & Reporting

  • Request and consolidate analytical reports for digital and email campaigns.
  • Submit and track marketing invoices via SAP.
  • Generate post-campaign marketing reports for internal and client use.
  • Share marketing spend breakdown with the events team post-activation.

External Bookings & Campaigns

  • Coordinate external advertising bookings (radio, cinema, TV, print, and digital).
  • Research and support ideation for internal marketing campaigns.

Media Partnerships & Events Support

  • Assist in the execution of media partnership agreements and ensure contractual deliverables are met.
  • Help with sourcing merchandise and managing logistics for events.
  • Attend events as needed to support registration, setup, and guest management.
  • Manage guest lists and check-in apps (e.g., Social Tables), and report attendance post-event.
  • Maintain inventory of marketing materials and coordinate deliveries via circulation team.
  • Support administrative and follow-up tasks related to events.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of marketing experience, preferably in media, publishing, or events.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and SAP is a plus.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership and contribute ideas.
  • Ability to work across departments and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
