Digital Style Editor – Emirates Woman
We are looking for a talented and creative Digital Style Editor to join the Emirates Woman team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for style, excellent editorial judgment, and the ability to create high-quality digital and print content that reflects the brand’s vision. This role supports the Senior Editor and the team in producing engaging, trend-focused, and fashion-forward content across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the quality, style, and consistency of all style pages across Emirates Woman and Emirates Man.
- Manage deadlines, forward scheduling, and content planning at least two months in advance.
- Generate and pitch fresh, innovative ideas for features, shopping pages, trend stories, and fashion shoots.
- Develop and execute briefs for style features, fashion shoots, and shopping content.
- Build and maintain strong industry relationships within the UAE and internationally.
- Work closely with the Senior Editor to ensure all style content is accurate, polished, and aligned with editorial standards.
- Liaise with freelance writers, stylists, and photographers to ensure timely submission of content and visuals.
- Attend meetings, events, and brand engagements as required.
- Deputise for the Senior Editor in her absence when needed.
- Represent Emirates Woman professionally as a brand ambassador at industry events.
- Support the Senior Editor in managing budgets related to style pages and shoots.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, Media, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of professional writing, styling, or editorial experience (preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or luxury media).
- Strong understanding of UAE press and publication laws.
