Arabic-Speaking Awards Support Staff (Temporary – 4 Months)
Motivate Media Group is seeking a proactive and fluent Arabic-speaking professional to join Dubai Lynx team, the premier festival of creativity in the MENA region on a temporary basis. This role supports the awards operations and commercial outreach in collaboration with the Cannes Lions team, helping to drive engagement, manage entries, and build relationships across the region.
Awards & Entry Support
- Liaise with entrants in Arabic and English to assist with entry submissions, category selection, and eligibility queries.
- Provide clear and timely support throughout the entry process, ensuring a smooth experience for participants.
- Coordinate with the awards team to ensure accurate data handling and entry tracking.
Proactive Engagement
- Support the Cannes Lions team in identifying and reaching out to potential clients and partners across MENA.
- Assist in setting up meetings, managing calendars, and following up with leads.
- Help maintain and update CRM systems with new contacts and meeting outcomes.
Relationship Building
- Build and nurture relationships with agencies, brands, and creative professionals in the region.
- Represent Dubai Lynx and Cannes Lions professionally in all communications and interactions.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities as needed.
Administrative & Coordination
- Translate key communications and documents between English and Arabic.
- Support with scheduling, reporting, and general coordination tasks.
- Ensure smooth communication between regional stakeholders and the global Cannes Lions team.
