Art Director – Marketing & Events


Motivate Media Group is seeking a highly creative and experienced Art Director to lead the visual direction of our marketing and promotional content across all platforms.

As the Art Director, you will play a key role in shaping and maintaining the visual identity of the Motivate brand and its wide portfolio from magazines and books to digital, events, and video. You will lead and collaborate with designers, marketers, and content teams to create impactful, high-quality visual campaigns that reflect the brand’s voice and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and guide the creative execution of marketing and event campaigns across print, digital, social media, video, and web platforms.
  • Provide creative leadership to the junior designers and marketing team ensuring high standards and brand consistency.
  • Conceptualize and design high-impact visuals, layouts, and collateral for a wide range of marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure all design work is aligned with project goals, brand guidelines, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative concepts that support brand strategy and campaign objectives.
  • Approve final artworks and manage quality control across all design outputs.
  • Liaise with external vendors or partners on design and production when needed.
  • Stay current with design trends and apply them strategically across campaigns.

 Requirements:

  • Degree in Art, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 -7 years of experience in a similar creative leadership role.
  • Proven experience designing for both print and digital platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Mac OS.
  • Excellent conceptual and visual storytelling skills.
  • Eye for detail, typography, layout, and color.
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and mentor junior team members.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
