Media Sales Manager


Motivate Media Group is looking for experienced and dynamic Media Sales Managers to join our growing team and drive sales across our media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across print, digital, and event media.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their advertising needs and providing effective solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the media landscape.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as editorial, marketing, and creative to deliver successful advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention through excellent service and relationship management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of [insert years] years of experience in media sales, preferably within the Middle East.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of digital and print media, as well as event sponsorships.
