Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the editorial team to create high-quality content for print and digital platforms.
• Oversee the entire publishing process, from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and photographers to deliver compelling articles and features.
• Ensure content meets editorial standards and including proofreading, fact-checking resonates with our diverse audience.
• Driving the content strategy across the magazine and brand extensions across platforms; web, social, events etc.
• Enhance the digital presence through various online channels, including its website, social media channels, on-ground events and podcasts.
• Manage tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects with efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with media trends and audience preferences.
• Conduct interviews with renowned designers, artists, and industry professionals.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure the brand’s commercial success.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in editing for print and digital publications, with an eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that captivate our readers.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box, offering fresh and innovative ideas.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in Journalism or related course.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant professional work experience.
