Motivate Media Group is a leading media company in the Middle East with an extensive portfolio across print, digital, video, and events. We are looking for creative and dynamic Social Media Content Creators to join our team and help us engage, entertain, and inform our diverse audience across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop original, creative, and engaging content tailored for various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, viral content, and social media best practices to produce high-quality, shareable content.
• Collaborate with the marketing, editorial, and video teams to align content with brand messaging and campaigns.
• Manage social media accounts, engage with followers, and grow online communities.
• Create a variety of multimedia content, including photos, videos, graphics, and captions.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize content for maximum engagement and reach.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative content strategies for new campaigns and product launches.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as a content creator, social media manager, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of different social media platforms and how to create content that works for each.
• Proficiency in video editing, graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva), and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Creative thinking with an ability to produce engaging and viral content.
• Strong communication skills and an eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Passion for storytelling, creativity, and digital innovation.
