Sales Manager – Arabian Gallery
Motivate Media Group is seeking an experienced and driven business development professional based in Dubai to fill the position of Sales Manager at The Arabian Gallery. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and growth of the gallery’s business revenue, market share, and profitability while also enhancing customer satisfaction.
To qualify for the role, candidates must have experience in selling and delivering native art gallery solutions, as well as a proven track record in selling art solutions with at least 3 years of experience. A demonstrable understanding of the broader picture of art gallery products is also required, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The Sales Manager must be both entrepreneurial and proactive in nature, and possess a background in sales, e-commerce, and business administration. The role involves maintaining and improving the artistic and commercial success of the gallery, general administration, marketing, developing relationships with both artists and clients, during exhibitions supervising art exhibits, attending art fairs and auctions, working with community art directors to establish and promote art programs, implementing marketing strategies to increase sales, advertising gallery artists and collections, organizing and promoting exhibits and art installations, updating sales catalogues, sales records, and client databases, and developing strong relationships with customers.
