Sales Executive – What’s On (Abu Dhabi)
Motivate Media Group is looking for experienced media sales professionals, who are focused, practical and have a ‘can-do’ attitude. The ideal candidates will have the ability to use their initiative and expertise to identify commercial opportunities and maximize revenue generation for the print edition of the magazine’s brands and their extensions across multi-media platforms.
- Minimum 3 years of media sales experience.
- Strong negotiation & closing skills.
- An impressive track record in media sales.
- Effective time management customer service skills.
- Knowledge of UAE press and publication laws.
- A hard and smart worker who must be both entrepreneurial and proactive in nature
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid UAE driving license.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the sales activity across our print and digital portfolio to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Generates revenue from creation and sale of compelling advertising and sponsorship deals.
- Constantly seeks out new revenue generating opportunities to ensure that targets are met.
- Helping advertisers build and execute effective campaigns, measure results and renew/up-sell
- Develops strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- Account management of existing clients.
