Sales Executive – Campaign Middle East


Motivate Media Group is looking for dynamic media sales professionals who are focused, practical and have a ‘can-do’ attitude. The ideal candidate will have the ability to use their initiative and expertise to identify commercial opportunities and maximize revenue generation for Campaign Middle East and its extensions across multi-media platforms.

Prerequisites:

  • Strong negotiating & closing skills.
  • Effective time management customer service skills.
  • A hard and smart worker who must be both entrepreneurial and proactive in nature
  • Excellent communication skills (English and Arabic).
  • Valid UAE driving license.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the sales activity across the brand portfolio to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Generates revenue from creation and sale of compelling advertising and sponsorship deals.
  • Constantly seeks out new revenue generating opportunities to ensure that targets are met.
  • Helping advertisers build and execute effective campaigns, measure results and renew/up-sell
  • Develops strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Account management of existing clients.
