Roles and responsibilities

• Research, write, and report compelling news stories, features, and interviews in English or Arabic.
• Cover a wide range of topics, including current affairs, lifestyle, business, entertainment, and culture.
• Conduct interviews, gather facts, and verify information to ensure accuracy and credibility.
• Collaborate with editors, photographers, and digital teams to enhance storytelling with multimedia content.
• Adapt stories for both print and digital platforms, ensuring SEO optimization and audience engagement.
• Meet strict deadlines while delivering quality content that resonates with readers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Reporter or Journalist, preferably with a portfolio of published work in English and/or Arabic.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English or Arabic (bilingual proficiency is a plus).
• Strong news judgment and ability to identify trending stories.
• Outstanding research and fact-checking abilities, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced newsroom environment.
• Familiarity with digital publishing, SEO, and social media platforms.
